Our rules are in place to ensure an enjoyable visit for all of our visitors. Please keep in mind that any guests in violation of the rules will be asked to leave without refund.

Check-In Time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 a.m..

Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m..

Pool and game room hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Resort Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m..

No pets allowed.
Deposits are non-refundable. Upon proper cancellation notice your deposit will be credited towards a stay at a later date within a one year period. A two week period is required to cancel one cabin and a one month notice is required for any cancellation for two or more cabins.

An addional service fee will be charged for any cabin that has been damaged or requires excessive cleaning.

Visitors are not permitted. Only guest staying at the resort are allowed to use our facilities. Anyone in violation of this rule will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

No smoking in the cabins. To ensure a clean environment and to keep the costs down please use the ashtrays located throughout the resort.

Keys to cabins are not issued until cabins are paid in full. On the day of your departure please leave the key in the cabin and leave the unit unlocked.

No lifeguard at pool. Parents are responsible for their children and should never leave them unattended.

No food or glassware in the pool area.

Towels are for cabin usage only and not to be used at the pool or at Clearwater Lake's beach areas. Guest violating this rule will have to pay for the cost of a new towel. If you would like your towels refreshed, please bring the used towels to the washroom between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m..

Barbecuing and deep frying allowed only in the designated area next to the pavillion.

No fish cleaning in cabins. Please use the fish cleaning hut behind Cabin #2.
